At the University of Northern Iowa, two paths crossed. Abby was studying family services, guided by her heart to serve families with compassion and care. Corey was studying political science, driven by a dream to fight for justice and create lasting change in the world.

A friendship soon grew into lifelong partnership, bound together by a shared belief that kindness and empathy could make the world brighter. As they graduated, the world shifted—COVID-19 had arrived, altering plans and reshaping dreams. But through uncertainty, Abby and Corey chose each other, carrying their journey forward with love and resilience.

Their next chapter unfolded in Rhode Island, where Abby and Corey charted a new path, building their careers and their place in the community, calling the Ocean State home. At a beautiful sunset at Beavertail Park, during a sushi picnic, Corey asked Abby—with a custom ring designed with her birthstone and favorite color—to marry him.

Today, in a townhouse on the East Side of Providence they call home, Abby and Corey are writing the beginning of their greatest adventure yet: building a family and a life together, side by side. On July 25th, 2026, Abby and Corey are inviting you to celebrate a cherished milestone in their story. Together, we build a future rooted in love, laughter, and hope.
